Actually I think some Arabic men have a problem showing their emotions... I don't know about Western men though..
To Sole2100 Arabs don't really live in war zones! it's just some parts of Palestine and Iraq...other than that we live quiet normally...

Probably, they are more likely to have grown up in a more violent place in the world. When you grow up in a violent place, you learn to not show emotion, it's a weakness that can make you more noticable, leading to trouble.
If a kid grows up in a warzone, or just really (starving) poor, you will probably never see them cry. Or laugh. This is that principle extended into adulthood.

i would think western men hide their emotions more then anyone else on the planet!
