its ez if you get a bath tub installation kit at home depot there are about 25.00 if you don't know what a bathtub install kit is then you are in over your head you need a bath tub installation technician good luck on your project

Level the tub, then mix some mortar and cram it under the feet of the tub through the plumbing access hole in the wall. The mortar will support the tub in the leveled position, and works better than shims. Now wrap the wall with a waterproof membrane like 15 pound roofing felt so that it overlaps the lip around the edges of the tub. Screw cement board to the wall and then tile the surround for the tub using thinset mortar and grout. Use siliconized acrylic caulk instead of grout in the corners of the surround and between the tile and the tub. Now hook up the drain and the overflow with a trip lever assembly like the one shown in the link below. Fill the tub with hot water, climb in, and give it an extended leak test.
