Did you get a cd (driver) with your webcam? If so make sure you install it properly. Check to see if it's pluged in. If all else fails type the name of your webcam into a search engine like google and try and find more info about it there. even try check the manual. Let us know if you get it working!

make sure that all the wires are properly connected. check if u need a driver for ur webcam. u may need to install a driver in ur computer for the webcam to start functioning.
