Try Dell.
If you know size and voltage and rating you can probably buy a fan from any decent electrical hobby supplier that can be put in-place of the one that's failed. Most computers use standard fan parts as the makers buy them in from fan companies to a standard design. So for instance a 3-com network switch I mended uses the same fan as a 486 heatsink... so I could scavenge the fan from a dead motherboard to fix the network switch fan.
