They believe that it is a sin to put adverts on the shirts, there are 1 or 2 other Spanish teams that have not sold their soul for a few pieces of silver.

Yeah you're right, for the entire history of the club, Barcelona has by no skill had a sponsor on their shirt. before that's, they desperate on the beginning up of this season to allow UNICEF to apply their shirts. so some distance as i'm conscious there has been no funds exchange palms for this deal. The shirts there for are extremely uncommon (or would be in some years) so in the experience that your thinking bout procuring one, i might recommend it.

Because Barcelona CF is one of the last things in catalan to be catalan and the Barcelona strip was based of the colours of the catalan flag. They never used to have sponsers because they didn't want to disrespect the flag but now they do because this sponser can help saves people's lifes.

It's more to do with the Catalan pride and the confidence in the "Barcelona" name itself that Barcelona FC see their name more supreme than any commercial sponsor.

they've never in their histiry had a sponsor, it's part of their pride now (that they don't need it), but it was political back in the days to show their dependence and basque heritage and not be infiltrated by commercialism of the madrid and government or some crap on that line
