where can I find drivers for Cyber Tv card?

I have a internal tv card for my PC but has no drivers,The name is Cyber.

OK, this is gonna be a bit tricky because cyber tv card is a bit too generic as a description. However! if you go to www.driverguide.com, they have a tool you can download (at a small cost) which will scan all the devices in your machine and will download the appropriate drivers from over 100,000 they have on their site.
