like if i am a marketing company, and want to start marketing for another company, what shape of my porposals should be? and what details should i send, samples will be better to explain, thanks

Well, I dont have a proposal on my home computer but the standard format includes identifying target market for proposal, methodology for communicating to target market and values you will underscore in the marketing. Additional info that is helpful in competitive situations is info on the industry the company works in and how this proposal will undermine competitors efforts.
