Amazon is a very reputable company and you should have no problems with receiving anything you purchase from them. As for transporting, they will ship to any place that an item is allowed to be shipped to. You may have to sign for it, but it will be delivered.

Charlie is right. Amazon.com is a very reputable company. They routinely ship electronic equipment all over the globe. I used to work as a shipping manager at the Amazon.com fulfillment facility in Lexington, KY USA. I can walk you through the ordering and shipping process step by step.
First of all, keep in mind that your computer will be securely packaged and should arrive at your doorstep undamaged.
I assume that you have set up an account with Amazon.com. If you haven't, it only takes a few minutes and is accomplished over a secured link. You will be asked to provide your name, home address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, and method of payment preference. The easiest way to make a purchase is to use a credit or debit card. If you do not have one, they will take your order and then wait for you to send them a check, money order, or wire transfer.
Once you have your account set up, you are ready to shop. Ordering is as simple as choosing the computer you want to purchase and "putting it in your virtual shopping cart". Next step is to click on "buy now". You will be prompted to verify the shipping address and choose a payment method. If you entered your credit or debit card information when you set up your account, all you have to do is click on "use my credit card". You will then be prompted to choose a shipping method.
Keep in mind that Amazon.com has fulfillment centers around the world, and your computer will probably be shipped from the one closest to you. It could be shipped from Japan, Germany, UK, or Australia. In any event, since your computer will cost over $25.00 (US), standard shipping will likely be free. If you are willing to pay for premium shipping, you can get it delivered by FedEx or UPS worldwide. Keep in mind that one or two day international shipping can be very expensive. Amazon.com will quote you the price for premium shipping as part of the buying process.
If you choose standard shipping (usually free), your computer will probably be shipped using DPGM (Deutsche Post Global Mail). This german company has a worldwide network that takes your package from it's shipping point to a postal facility in your country. Your country's post office takes over from there and delivers to your door. It can take seven to ten days to get your package.
Once you have chosen your shipping method, a total price will be identified. All you have to do is click on a final "buy it now" button. An e-mail confirming your order and identifying a unique order number will appear in your inbox in a few minutes. If you pay by check or money order, you will be instructed where to mail it. Amazon.com will wait for your check to clear your bank before they ship your computer. This can take several days depending on the speed of the mail. If you are paying by credit or debit card, your computer will usually ship within 24 hours of your placing the order. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until just before your order actually ships.
Once your order has shipped, Amazon will send you another e-mail advising you as to the method of shipment and providing you a package tracking number. They will also provide you a link to the shipping company's online tracking website. You can enter your tracking number and know where your package is at all times.
When you receive your package, you will probably be asked to sign for it. Inspect the packaging before you sign and note any visible damage to the package in writing on the delivery paperwork if you decide to accept it. If you suspect damage, you do not have to accept the package, and Amazon will have it shipped back at their expense. If you decide to accept the package and later find damage, Amazon will ship you another unit, again at their expense. They will take care of any freight claims with the carrier.
One other concern is that of customs duties. When this package crosses the border into your country, your customs officials may impose an import duty on your computer. Amazon does not prepay any import duties and has no way of knowing what the amount might be. The duty will be collected by the shipping company that delivers the computer to your door. They turn the money over to your government's customs department. Be prepared to pay any duties to the delivery driver. They will usually call you before they deliver to advise you as to any amount you might owe.
Amazon.com goes to great lengths to make your customer experience as good as possible. They want your future business. In the end, they are easy to deal with, and they can be trusted.
Good luck with your computer purchase.
