firstly I had to look up what a 'faja' is.... its a girdle. Squeezing your belly in after the baby is born will not make your uterus shrink back to size, that will be done in due course. I don't think it will hurt you to do it, if you can put up with it. I had a very light girdle on for the first days after my son was born but found it very uncomfortable, it made me get out of breath quickly. Try it out, just a light fitting one, and if you can bare then pain then do it. I wouldn't go around wearing one that is too tight, your body needs time to settle back to its usual state. You need to remember it took 9 months for it to get as big as it did and will that if not more to get back into shape.

Nothing you wear will get your uterus back to its normal size. It does this all by itself, if you breastfeed then that will help your uterus back to normal quicker. But you wont be able to force it to shrink by wearing a faja.
