Oh most definitely, last time I got angry at somebody I got put on probation for a year. So I learned to control my anger, and when I do let it out, I make sure I am not caught anymore.

Best way to control anger is to use the age-old technique - count upto 50 before answering or reacting - though it is easier said than done. I've seen it works though. Even if you react the first time, by the time of second retort, you are able to get hold of yourself.

Most of the time yes, i just tell the person who i am angry with that i need to go for 10 mins or i will end up hurting them physically or emotionally

Yes I can. At the beginning I didn't use to control myself but then I learned the lesson & I always try to control myself.

I have unbelievable control of my anger, I probably keep it contained too much. I wish I could just let it all out sometimes.

i can control myself when i am angry-it gets really hard sometimes depending on the level of mad that someone has driven me to

I'm getting much better at, I'm working with breathing exercises and it's taken over a year but there are accessions when I do have problems and it's ruff it has almost cost me my marriage.
