Do any of these song's glorify satan? Listen carefully to these songs or read the lyrics to understand them... These guys may be wild, but surely aren't satanic...

LOL, just in case, you could type "satan" and not "Satan"... why??? because, you could show God how much you love him and how you disrespect satan... LOL

If you are a Christian, why do you enjoy songs that glorify Satan rather than God? Does it not grieve your Spirit? Do you like Black Sabbath for their style of the music or for their lyrics? No, God would not be pleased with you listening to lyrics that center around His enemy, but Satan sure would.

If it's for their musical style, then there are other bands who compare similarly, without such lyrics. Before I was saved, I listened to alternative rock and heavy metal. Now, I've found Christian bands whose musical style is similar, but with lyrics that honor God.

Remember, garage in - garbage out.

Satan was one of God's angels. I don't think God would be upset at you listening to music (there's something in that about free will), but if you used that music as a justification to do bad stuff... well, then eventually, you might be called upon to account for your actions. It comes down to a matter of conscience. I figure, if you listen to the music, and you're not doing anything wrong,or bad, then you're not doing anything wrong (or bad). What does your conscience tell you?

If you are concerned with it, try listening to Christian Heavy Metal groups. Check out the local "Family Christian Stores" music section or go online to web sites that primarily sell Christian music like Rad Rockers. You will find that there are a very large number of groups that sound almost exactly like many of the secular groups but have positive lyrics.

Just by asking that question gives me a hint that you feel convicted. I like to listen to secular music, but I do choose to refrain from any song or band that glorifies satan or degrades God and Jesus. (An example, I love the song Voodoo, but Godsmack is a name that makes me feel uncomfortable.) If you feel convicted, I would listen to it. That's God talking to your spirit. The Bible says to work out your own salvation....So, if you're concerned, there's a reason.

God probably won't rebuke you but He won't be happy with you for your choices.

If you like it because you like the instrumentation, and ignore the lyrics that would sort of mediate things a little, but the fact you ask suggests you're concerned, and were I you I would consider modifying my tastes in music.

God probably wouldn't appreciate you listening to pro-satanic music. But he wouldn't hate you for it.. he'll always forgive you. Just remember not to take his forgiveness for granted and do what is right.

1st of all why does this question have to be for Christians only? 2nd of all are you worshiping the devil? As long as they are not cursing the Lord's name in vain and not speaking of too much devil worshiping and its not making you have evil or impure thoughts then i dont think it'll be wrong to listen to it.
