seriously, those old mexican men should stop looking at young girls. they should get girls in their own age. they always like 30-50...they drive an old truck, and they holler at girls from 10-40. when i was 14, a lot to old mexican men tried to holler at me, and they still do. they holler at my 10yr old sister and my 40yr old mom too.

I'm sorry about your mom and sis, but I think its so funny that you noticed that too!!!
My guess is that in Mexico, the age of consent is lower than 18. And I do believe a lot of nasty things happen down there that would be scorned upon in America. Its just that those dirty old guys don't have any sense of American etiquitte, or "filter." They simply think its ok to holler at young girls in public, when they don't completely realize that it is totally inappropriate.
Your best bet is to tell your sis to steer away from them and cover her ears. If I were you, I would walk up to them and get in there face to intimidate them, so they know they are acting inappropriately.

That's strange. When I lived in the States a lot of white men hollered at me. Why do you think only Mexican men do these things? Men are men honey no matter what color skin they have.

Well to this question, I have to say, its not just old Mexican men that look at young girls. It can be old men of any race that do that.
