You need to learn some patience,
They probably have shipped by day 4, but wheres the time allowed for the courier/postoffice to bring it to you.
I'm guessing that you are a new ebay user,
Wait 10 days before you kick off

Just because it said it will ship 2 to 4 days doesn't mean it's going to arrive on the 4th day after the bid ends. You have to take into consideration the weekend, which doesn't count. Then you have to give 1 day just for the seller to ship it, so you should expect the package to arrive by the fifth day, but if you don't get it a week after the bidding ends, I would contact the seller and ask him/her to give you the tracking # so you can see the progress.

If you're at home, the mailman should ring the door and ask you to sign it. If you're not at home, then he'll leave a slip saying he'll try it again tomorrow, or you can arrange to pick it up at the post office.

Be patient awhile longer. "Ship in 2-4 days" means that it will be posted then. Arrival then depends on the shipping method. If USPS, the figure about 3 or 4 days. So potentially, it could take up to 8 days (4 plus 4).
The item listing describes the shipping method.
If you have concern, you can contact the seller (nicely) and ask how it was sent. Sometimes an item can be tracked online.

If it was mailed (US Postal Service), it can take up to 7 days to arrive...and if it was shipped (UPS) it can take up to 5 days.

...These are DELIVERY times...Once it has been shipped by the seller, it will then take the above amount of time to deliver.

As a general rule-of-thumb, don't begin to panic until the 7th day...USPS Priority delivers in 2-3 days (promised time and actual time often vary), and is fairly inexpensive, so I'm assuming that this is the seller's method if he's promised a 4-day maximum.
I have seen Priority mail take 5 and even 6 days...it happens, especially when a weekend cuts into the deal...but if you don't get it by Friday, it's time to raise a little stink with the seller.

*Who knows...if he's a pro, but kinda forgot to mail it on time...he may feel so bad about the slip-up that he offers you a better deal on the next game.

They mean that when the auction ends, they will drop it in the mail a MAXIMUM of for days. Then, it will have to go through the mail for probably 10 days or so.

For future reference, if you win an auction, expect that the item won't get there for at least 10 days. Unless you ordered overnight shipping.

Well it depends on when you sent the money it. Say you send it late Monday so they may process your order Tuesday, then maybe Friday comes and they send it out and then by the following Wednesday your game should be in. so after 10 days you better worry. But you can send a message after 5 days to the company and see if your order is sent yet.
