Becasue the earth rotates and revolves around the sun in such a way that the sun is always on our east side, so it seems to rise from the east.
The earth is rotating and revolving around the sun and the sun does not move. Use a water bottle and a ball to illustrate that. Put the water bottle in the middle and turn the ball clockwise in your hand while it is going around the water bottle which is the sun.

Maybe, god wanted it but what i know is, the sun is not moving right??? its not rising or falling. Its just the earths movements that makes it rise and fall and also makes it rises at east and sets at west

Our earth rotates from west to east. Then as earth moves it appears to us that sun is coming up (rising). But relative to earth sun doesn't move.

sun doesn't rise from east, the direction from where sun rises is called as east. because sun was rising before the name east was coined.
