you can get a copy of the XP CD at your local computer shop. what you will do is run the repair instalation wizard once you get the disk. pop the cd in and it will boot off of it. it will then seem to start the install windows process and you will get sub headings at the bottom of the window that says hit "R" to repair an instalation. do this and it will copy these files needed or are missing. if you do some searching on google and find out the path where the file is supposed to be, then you can copy the file onto a floppy disk, boot your system with a start-up disk to get a dos prompt and when you get to the prompt, type in "COPY:(file name you lost which is) normalize.dll (put space between here)C:\windows\system BELOW IS A LINK TO GET THE FILE ONLINE.
YOU CAN USE A WIN98 STARTUP DISK ALSO TO DO THIS...

Find a friend with xp and get them to make you a windows boot disk. Start the machine with the boot disk in it. Once you can get windows back up, you can recover the file from the recycle bin if it hasn't been compleatly deleted. If it has been compleatly deleted, you may be able to do a restore from the day before it was deleted. Also, you may be able to copy it from the boot disk.
Good luck!

If you have a XP installation disk , you can run a repair install and your computer will be back to normal as it was before , without any loss of data files. Without an installation disk , not possible

you will undelete them. First make useful they weren't restored someplace else on your no longer easy force, inspite of the shown fact that. I somewhat have Norton Utilities which has a restoration function. whilst archives are written to your no longer easy force and then deleted, they don't seem to be somewhat deleted, they are purely "disregarded" by potential of your laptop. they are going to be long previous continually whilst new archives take their place. Run a application like Norton and you may desire to have the potential to seek for the archives and restoration them extremely.
