Being tired is a big part of being pregnant. Especially with twins, that's alot of work going on inside of you. Honestly, I would take advantage of getting naps in now while you can, not only because soon you will not have that pleasure when you want it, but also getting plenty of rest will help your body be stronger to provide better for your babies. Congratulations on that and I hope I was of help.

pregnancy often causes tiredness for woman and being pregnant with twins puts even more strain on your body so I wouldnt worry to much. My wife was very tired when she was pregnant with out twin girls however she had anemia and so tis played a big part in her tiredness too. If you can have a sleep during half way through the day that may help you, also make sure that you eat healthily and do some gentle exercise this helps to keep your body awake and freshen your mind. Any concerns then see your doctor or midwife. good luck

Being tired when pregnant is normal, especially when you're carrying twins.
Be careful though you could be low in iron though, it's very common in pregnancy as your body is having to produce more blood for the baby and that puts extra strain on your own body. When twins are concerned it's even more common.
Tell your midwife or GP at your next check up and in the mean time try to eat more iron rich foods such as spinach and marmite etc.

i have 12 week old twins... and yes it is normal. i was so tired throughout my whole pregnancy.... so dont be concerned. the best advice i can give you is just get the rest you need. its your bodies way of saying that you need rest, thats all. asked my doctor if it was normal, and he agreed that it was and just to rest. you need to stay well rested when you are expecting. if you need to stay awake for some reasons, of if it is causing any problems talk to your doctor he might be able to give you some meds that will help. wish i could help more!

I was very tired at around 21 weeks and I'm only expecting one!
Just listen to your body and try to rest whenever you can. If you over do it, it will only catch up with you over the next few days.
