just go to control panel, then open regional and languages options, then click on languages tab, then select install files for east asian languages (this will include chinese, japanese, korean and etc.)...then apply and then click on details, and then click add, then select chinese keyboard, then click key settings, and then click OK and click apply, and RESTART...
after that, you can enjoy typing chinese in any computer...

first of all do u know Chinese. install the software of the language u require. now u can get any language but u yourself must know the language... or is there instant translator available on net which can do the job typed in English to any language we want, but same facility should be available in other country

Without changin any of the settings on your computer, there are chinese fonts you can use. You should be able to download some free chinese fonts online somewhere.
