Yes. The full 52 weeks. I hated it to start with but about halfway through I realized that it was actually doing me some good. It made me realize that I didn't have to let people push my buttons. I could shut them out like they don't even exist. It really works. And it's great!

Yes. It had lots of questions on what makes you angry and how you could have gone about situations differently. It actually helped me. I can control myself now. Just some packets that you fill out and take to class and then you read them infront of your group. They then vote if you should pass and if you're being honest. Not a big deal.

When I was younger I always got in to trouble and got in fights. The councelor told me I was expressing my anger in a negative way. Thats about all I got out of it.

by spoiling your dogs he have been given optimal place in the p.c..... He think of he's the alpha. Even small dogs can do harm while chew incredibly to young babies so which you may artwork on the challenge ASAP! Distemper shot has not something to do with that... you are going to be company inclusive of your dogs. not greater drowsing on your mattress, You walk first in the path of the door, You consume first then once you finished dogs eats ( never in the past you or with you). locate sturdy coach in the section. This challenge ought to be artwork on asap. sturdy success

i was court ordered to take them. they really didnt do any good. all that i got out of them was pissed off about having to hangout with a goofdick for two hours twice a week. it was really dumb.
