I think anyone, whether they are gay or straight, should be aloud to be affectionate and show the world who they love and that they are proud of who they are. So no it wouldn't bother me at all.

why should anyone mind, like you said, straight couple do it all the time. If people have a problem with it then those people either have a problem with PDA or they have a gay phobia. Either way People are people and this is a free country and we will love who we want. I think a big part of anti gays are that they are holly rollers. But come on really, do your reasearch on religion, she how well that holds up for ya. Be realistic. Hold hands, start a love chain.......... Where do you stand on this?

I have gay friends who respect my being heterosexual and seriously, I have no problem with them being homosexual. When it comes to gay people kissing in public, I mind it no more than a heterosexual couple kissing. And definitely, holding hands isn't a problem and it is a shame that gay people are afraid to express their affection due to fear of the public reacting violently. Of course, I would not mind and do not mind if my gay friends hold hands, etc.

I wouldn't care if gays held hands in public, but I don't have openly gay friends I hang out with. I'm sure I know some gay people, but we just don't hang together.

We (me & my partner) don't hold hands in public. We don't like PDA's - gay or straight. I have just as much of a problem with my brother sucking his girlfriend's face in public as I would have with any of my gay couple friends doing it.
But I DO think that gays should be allowed the same levels of PDA as straights in general.

No, I often saw gay couples being affectionate in public and I have no reason to mind that.

Not only hold hands but kiss too. If gays (or people in gay relationships) are to have equality then what is good for straights is good for gays.

I'm a lesbian, and I don't think that straight people should be allowed to kiss in public sometimes, if they're going to practically eat each other's faces off. ((That's a joke. I just find the fact that you seem to be discriminating about who can kiss who a bit rude.))
I think the obvious answer is, "Well, yes, because they're two people romantically involved."

I have a gay friend and I would have no problem with him and his partner doing anything in public that straight people do.
He is gay he accepts it I accept it and if you don't - don't look easy as that. Why should they hide?
