I really don't think this is a simple task, mainly because those plans are kept very safe (sorry for the metaphor).

Probably you'll need a general sample and then sketch yours based on this general one.

Another way is to research Technology plans for the individual technologies that could be used by banks (like RFID, iris/finger/hand recognition..) and then join them on a single plan.
