Def. Predator (the first one) where you never got to see what was killing them! That was freaky! I think that was the only scary movie I ever saw, that REALLY scared me. Once you saw how they looked in the 2nd and 3rd movies, part of the scare dissapeared, although I must admit, they were still VERY scary!

I've seen countless horror and sci-fi movies, but I thought the aliens from the "Alien" series were extremely well done. Really creeped me out as a kid. Probably because you could never find the eyes and they were always shown in shadows, so you couldn't "connect".
