Do a search for 'free web page' and then pick from the many choices that you have.
A lot of them are 'free' so they can advertise on your page unless you pay for them to NOT advertise on it.
There are some truly free places, but most have to pay their bills one way or another.
Still, free web sites are a good place to practice your skills.
