can i sue my emplyer?

2 years ago two of my coworkers insulted me, one of them called me bin laden and the other called me a terrorist just because of my origines, is it too late to sue the company, the reason i did not sue at the time was because my boss promessed me to take care of the problem but they were never disciplened.

If you have documentation and proof of these actions then you would be able to take this company to court for discrimination. That would mean that you had witnesses or a written statement corroborating these facts. You cannot simply go on your personal memories however painful those may be. What happened to you is racism and is a terrible action for anyone to take against you. I hope that if you have found another position that the people you work with are not as ignorant as the previous ones. Not all are like that. Good luck with whatever happens.

Are you still working there?
I don't think so. If they fired you because of your origins, then maybe. But if they were only comments...well, people deal with those everyday. But it wouldn't make a court case.
Why do you want to sue them now?

Just suck it up, when you work with a lot of people there is always going to be someone that makes stupid remarks, that's life...get over it. Two years ago, wow, how do you know the boss didn't tell them to knock it of? I doubt he would call you in to witness it.

not usually, you must prove they are doing that to you to INTENTIONALLY HARM YOU. that is impossible, and they are probably not doing that. All though all employers suck camel appendages.
