Though I wanted to be with my wife and kids Ilife is not entertaining as the same routine in house as well in office

Life isn't just about you! Mabey she feels the same way. Try to bring back the romance you must have felt for each other at one time , or you would'nt have got married in the first place. The grass isn't always greener on the other side, as my ex found out. It takes both to make it work, and if your not giving your fair share, it won't work. Love is a choice. think about what you are doing to your children when you put your feelings first. What are you teaching them about love and commitment?

Bring back the romance! Take your wife out to dinner. Do a lot of things that involve just the two of you. Go on a cruise.
Take the whole family for a vacation. Make some fun scheduled family activities.
No matter what you do, remember that LIFE gets monotonous in general, no matter if you're married or not. Talk to your wife about your need for variety. Be the force of happiness and fun in your house! Make the change yourself.

Maybe you should get a babysitter once in a while and take your wife to some of the places you went together back when you first met her. You could also do some things with your family that you haven't tried before. Don't keep thinking about what you don't have, be grateful that you have a nice "boring" family. I'd give anything to have that.

I'm sure your wife feels just as bored with you, her life at times as well. The passion doesn't stay forever...but you can make life less boring and routine. Why don't you sit down and talk to your wife about doing things together, and with the kids. It isn't her job to entertain you.

You need to do something spontaneous if you continue to live your life day after day doing the smae old thing then of course it is going to be boring. get a babysitter go out on the town with the wife, go dancing, have some drinks, go out for a nice meal, go on a family vacation to somewhere you will all have fun. You just need to do stuff for yourself.

Hey, put some spice back into the marriage.
You can get a baby sitter, and take her out to dinner, go to the movies etc, make a date with her every two or so weeks. Make her feel loved and admired. Things will look up if you re-romance her again.

You need to stop and ask yourself - is it me? If you do some serious searching, you will probably find that it is. Life is not entertaining - you have to make your own fun. Challenge yourself to be a better husband and father (not saying you are bad now). Your efforts will be returned tenfold.

I think you are frustated at work and are unable tocope with life. Open up with your wife on the problems you are having at work. Give her a challange to chase you again like talk about this new girlin your office.

Did you ever think they are just a bored as you are? Sounds like you have reached all your goals and life is too easy. Time to plan some new goals/hobbies.
