I love softball n just about ne sport. but may fav which ppl don't always think of it as a sport is Competive Cheerleading. There is a lot involved with it. If u are a base u have to be strong to lift girls sometimes 2 at once if ur doin layer stunts. So, with stunting u get ur strength training from all the lifting. (guys this is a plus for u who wouldn't wanna lift up a cute lil cheerleader n then catch her in ur arms. ) Jumping n tumbling and dancing helps the aerobic part of exercising. Finally there is nothing like throwin a girl way in the air n catching her especially if she flips or nething crazy like that. This sport is awesome for adrenaline and u get to travel all over, stay in hotels, make lots or friends, win trophys, jackets, banners, maybe b televised and u can do it til ur like 35.

Hey, it might not be the most exciting to go to, but track is where it's at. There is no other sport that tests all the physical limits like track, and isolates them so if something is weak, it shows. I bet you anything that the winner of the olympic decathalon is the best pure athlete of any sport in the world.

Cricket I like it since I was five years old. Now day I like the run chase the concentration in batting long hours. The excitement of hitting the ball in the air will it go for six or be out fall safe or be dropped. the run chase to win.

Definitely not the sport where goals go to die and metrosexuals go to dive known as soccer.
Hockey without a doubt--fast, exciting action, tons of shots, goals and hitting plus fights and amazing highlight reel saves. Plus they do it all on skates and are tough as nails. I defy you to watch any Stanely Cup playoff game over your best soccer game and tell me the sport where players cannot hit the net is any good. The masses know nothing--soccer, the Spice Girls and Titanic....I rest my case.

Baseball is the sport of summer. It's the turning point of winter when you hear pitchers and catchers are reporting to camp on Feb 15th. Spring can't be too far away.

Women's Fast-pitch softball. I am an old baseball player but fast-pitch softball is a lot faster game and more exciting to watch. Football is right there with it. I can watch both all day if my wife would let me.

swimming, nothing strains the body as much as swimming a race. and im mostly blind so it makes it that much funner.
