The US reaction to the Policies of Germany, Italy, and Japan was:
a - active military engagement.
b - military preparedness just in case.
c - diplomatic protests, but continued neutrality.
d - little notice was taken.

the answer was B.C.& D. but u have to understand the politics of the times. Pearl Harbor was set up by the U.S. gov. the public wanted to stay out of the war. so the gov. ignored the Japanese warnings of impending behavior. the U.S. gov. wanted an attack. they did not care where or to what was chosen. pretty sad when u think about how the few decided about the killing of the many.

B and C, the us try to keep neutrality until the atack on pearl harbor and improve their army when the war in europe begun in 1939 because it was weaker than the axis armies but italy
