No, these stunted quislings had a mean streak and took enjoyment out of watching their sado-masochist employer Willy Wonka abuse the rich kids beyond repair in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the original of course). These punks are no good and by the way, I have killed several of them... or maybe they were little people...

They really just spend their time making chocolate and staying out of trouble. Their wisdom in their songs seems after-the-fact, as they report on a tragedy. I suppose the only advice they can give is based on past anecdotes.
