Any recommendation before I buy a baterry for my IBM laptop R40?

Are the one in Ebay site real genuine?

I bought a battery from ebay about six months ago. It worked a lot better than my other one BUT I have noticed in a few that they tend to just wear out. The older they are they just run down. The best thing to do is to find a site that actually sells new ones IF that is possible. Otherwise the ebay ones will work just fine.
