How do u see Australia? I want to understand how the rest of the world see's Australia

I've only run into a few aussies over the course of my life, but they seem to be sincere and courteous people. I would love to go to Australia, but I am afraid of the spiders they have over there ; ) . I think the rest of the world sees Australia similar to the way they see a country such as Switzerland, a neutral but fairly prosperous country.

What a odd ? to ask. They are no different from any one else. the only difference is they have an accent u can cut with a knife. but so do the very southern people in the U.S.A. Now that I think about it the swampers in Louisiana have such a profound accent that i could not understand simple directions
