Sorry to hear of your bad luck- Here is something that works for me when I'm so down:

Fill that bath tub to the line with hot water, bubbles (got to have lots of bubbles) Then just lay in it and crier out, water turns cold drain again, and again until no more tears or bad thoughts.

Then get those large cotton old PJ's on. Climb into a messed up bed (Lots of soft blankets, more the better) get a book and read with mellow music playing.

And honey about your x best friend don't sweat it, because a friend like that you don't need or want in your life.

at any age a breakup is going to hurt, no matter how young or old we get. it means we have to give up something we love, and when someone else has it, we wonder what was wrong with us, so our ego's are hurt over it, but in your young lifetime u will have many happy relationships after this one, just have to learn that these things happen to us in life, and that it does hurt, but if we accept it, and don't fight it, our lives will be alot easier. we do get upset over losses, but it doesn't mean there isn't another love right around the corner.

My God.. what happened to you is exactly what happen to me 1 month ago... Well, at first i hate them both, i can't accept the things that they did to me but, as time goes by... now i can forgive my best friend even though it'll never be the same again like we used to be but, at least i ain't losing one of my best friend. i do talk with her until now even though at first feel it so awkward because now she's with a man that i ever with (hurt me) and she knew it.
