Does anybody know whats the current hourly salary at Abercrombie & Fitch or what it was before? For a part time job there, how many hours a week are you required to work? Im planning on signing up for a group interview, I just wanted to know if these are the questions that they most likely ask:

Why is diversity important in the workplace?
Why should we hire you?
What experience do you have?
How would you describe yourself?
Why did you apply here versus the other stores in the mall?
What makes you successful?
Why do you want to work at Abercrombie & Fitch?
What are some of your major accomplishments?

Do they also sometimes ask like silly and unusual questions like:

Whats the craziest thing you ever did?
If you were a superhero, who would you be?

And, would wearing the current season clothing to the group interview be advisable?

And is there anything else that I should take into consideration for the group interview ???

The pay is min. wage, when I had my interview I was asked a few questions about diversity and teamwork, to be honest with you, they look for appearances more than how you answer the questions. They have strict outlook policy so be prepare if you got hired.

i think the pay is still minimum, or whatever average clothing stores pay their employees, even tho A&F is expensive, it doesnt mean better work quality.
I would wear something casual, yet nice, like say if ur a guy, come jeans a little scruffy, but clean, and a casual blazer, and leather shoes. if ur a girl, pretty much the same, but stay away from flip flip shoes. Girls look nice in female blazers, and give them a sophisticated look.
as far as the questions, just make sure they know u want to be a dedicated seller at their store, and prove your knowlegde about your talent and expertise at A&F. everything else requires honesty. Dont be too uptight and nervous, but not too relaxed.
Good Luck!
