I have been trying to make my ps2 7500 series into a workable pc but have ran into a ram shortage problem (32mb on the whole machine) is here any device that can be loaded to my usb drives that would function as ram or will I have to emulate it on the external hard disk?

I dont think you feel comfortable having to grab the soldering iron.

emulating ram is useless, the main point of RAM is its speed, USB and HDD speed is way way slower than rams.

No, it won't. PS2 emulator (eg pcsx2) requires a strong quadcore processor.
