I know that saisaki and barrio fiesta offers eat-all-you can buffet and they have branches almost in all SM malls so maybe they have branches there in SM Mall of Asia.

sorry it's been a while i've been in the Phils. but last time I was there in MOA there where plenty of new restaurants that offer buffet. Plus of course the usual ones that branched out that you can find in other malls.
