You can always roll up a comforter into a makeshift pillow, so I'd keep the comforter.

I could sleep without a pillow but not without a blanket. I don't feel secure or warm without my comforter. I have no problem sleeping without a pillow because for some reason I can lay my head on my arm.

I'd definitely keep the comforter. I can sleep without a pillow but I can't sleep when I'm freezing cold!

Keep the pillow, lose the comforter and keep the electric blanket.

Here it is way too cold without the comforters. I would do without the pillows......In the summer of course, things would be the opposite.
