It's kinda gross, but if you spit in them and then wipe the spit out, they won't get fogged up for a long time.

1. Spit into the goggles.
2. Rub the lens to coat it.
3. Dip in the water and drain.

They will now be fog free for a good long while. Repeat when they eventually start to fog again.

If you think this is unsanitary, go spend an outrageous amount of money on that goop that you spray into the goggles to get the same effect.

I've seen people use some product for that. They rub it on before swimming. Or, wash the fog off in the water.

Sloshing water in them before putting them on works for a while, but not as long as spit. Banana oil works much longer than either. I don't know if RainAway would be risky for your eyes, but you could look into that because it should work. There are other things but I'm fogging out myself here.

Scuba people rub some of their saliva on the inside of the lens.

Rub toothpaste onthe inside and wash it off, leaving a film of oil-like chemicals on it. Its what i do on my mask when i scuba dive.
