This is not possible in integers.
The solution is 25.14056677439347.., -46.14056677439347..

Perhaps you meant that the sum is -11
Then the answer is -40, 29

This calls for a quadratic equation. Call the two integers a and b.
If we solve (x-a)(x-b) = 0, then we will get x = a and x = b for answers.
Expanding the left side gives us:
x^2 - a*x - b*x + a*b = x^2 - (a + b) x + a*b = 0
We know the values of a * b and of (a + b), so plug them in, and we get
x^2 + 21 x - 1160 = 0
Use the quadratic formula, and we get
x = (-21 +- sqrt(441 + 1160 * 4))/2
The square root of 5081 is about 71.2811335.
There are no integer solutions to the problem.

Let x = one number
Then -21-x =other number
x(-x-21) = -1160
-x^2 -21x +1160 =0
This does not produce integer answers. Are you sure the number isn't -1150? If it were the answer would be
-46*25.

Sorry I didn't put it in radical form for you- more accurate, but I just didn't. 25.14056677 is one and the other is -46.1405667.
