that is tough. if the money was good, sure - but I don't want to be "the dude from the herpes commercial" for the rest of my life.
I have often times wondered how the woman on the Massengil commercial makes it through life as "the chick in the douche commercial".

i could do it for a one hundred,000 dollars , if i could write the employer to change those they now have . the business could contain me in a bar paying for a drink for an excellent warm observing female . Herpes? NO! I ask myself why anyone would do that and I guess for the right amount of money, people will do just about anything. I'm not sure if I would do the other commercials either. Maybe Gas-X lol.

Oh, definitely! If you want to get into the acting business, you can't be shy. You sometimes have to take roles that are embarrasing.
I would put my pride in the back of the closet and just do it!
The money you make in residuals is an awful lot of money and doing those adds often lead to bigger and better roles, such as the movies.
There are tons of actors that started out that way. In fact, I believe most of them did.
It's rare that a star of the silver screen started out by being given a movie role.
Heck yes, I would do it!

Hell no. You'd be forever known as that Herpes chick. I think the worst is that pepto bismol commercial where they hold their butts when it says diarrhea in the song. That just repulses me.

Of course! Money is money regardless of how it's earned. Besides most viewers know your just acting anyway to sell the product. My 60 seconds of fame selling butt creame....hell yes I'd do it.
