What is the most needed thing in Africa that someone could give them besides money?

Food , medicine, investments concerning buıldings, roads, hospitals and schools.

and ofcourse to prevent rivals, and nonsence religuos fights.

A good Education, and supplies for schools. Like desks, stationary, books and so forth,

Dont give money, It only dissapears into the politicians bank accounts!
