Women think in a different way from men 7 I think therefore they do make better leaders etc.
Men seem to need to concentrate on one thing at a time whereas women can do several things at a time.
I imagine women's brain as being like a load of little pigeon holes which can all be accessed at any time while still keeping the info apart. I imagine mens brains as one big pigeon hole with all the info in there but not so easily accessed when needed.
Its like everything needs to be shuffled through every time the subject changes instead of just moving logically to the right pigeon hole.
I know it sounds too simplistic but it more or less explains what I mean.

Women can often be *different* kinds of leaders than men, but depending on the particular woman (and the particular man) they can be equally skilled, and *sometimes* even better. As the person above me pointed out--mothers have been directing families since the beginning of time. And to add to the list of successful women leaders -- Elizabeth I is often names as *the* best leader England has ever had. Look at the individual, not his or her sexuality.

Jelly Bean are you CRAZY? Some women make excellent leaders the same as some men. Not everyone is capable of leadership it is an inborn thing. There is no reason why a woman should submit to male domination, unless they like it (you maybe?) Women are ready to stand up and be counted.
Maggie Thatcher, Condoleeeza Rice etc etc..............

I say, take a look at ancient history, starting from Africa, Israel and Rome. Some the greatest Leaders were women; Queen Esther, Queen Tiye, Nefertiti and Cleopatra. In western culture Queen Boudicca lead are revolt against Rome and of course one of the greatest queens in western and the world Queen Elizabeth 1st called the Golden Age,Queen Victoria from her 10 ten children who were kings and queens of each country in Europe at the time, most of the royalty today in modern Europe. her blood runs through there veins. Her husband was King Albert and he loved her for her and ruled with her equally.Queen Elizabeth and her husband of 54 yrs. loves her as queen and wife. More recently, New prime ministers of Jamaica, Israel, North Korea and Liberia. I could go on and on they were not submissive to their husbands.I do believe the scripture that says, wife be submissive to your husbands is one of the most miss used besides, slaves be obedient to your masters. I'm a Christran I don't agree with that. God Created us equally, dishonest and superstitious men that so, called made the rules for us to be submissive to them. God did not intend for us to submit that way. As for the corporate world it depends on the person and their attitude on the job. a woman boss can be just as good or bad as a man.

Not according to a world wide survey of women, done by Cosmopolitan Magazine, some 8 years ago. The question was whether they preferred a male or female boss. 72% said they preferred male. The reasons was that females bosses tend to find ways to undermine their female employees.

First of all: learn how to spell before you say anything about who is better in any job.
Plenty of women have proved that women make good leaders / business people. Cleopatra. Madeline Albright. Heineken is ruled by a woman (Oh, yes it is! My dad works for H.). Aung San Suu Kyi (president of Myanmar / Burma). Mary Robinson (United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights). Elizabeth II ( in charge since 1952). Margrethe II (Denmark's Queen, since 1972). Beatrix ( Holland's queen since 1980), and so and so on. Check this link for all the female heads of state and you will be surprised. http://www.guide2womenleaders.com/Current-Women-Leaders.htm
And all mothers: women, everywhere, are most likely to be the true head of the family, making sure everyone is fed, clothed and educated.

No. Males are supposed to be the leaders, and women the willing & submissive followers & supporters - no matter how skilled we are in leading or not. That's the way God created us to be (no matter how strong we women desire to take control over everything!). Men and women are equal, but different, and God has given us each different roles in life that, if done properly, work out perfectly. Remember that!
