That really depends on what you mean by satisfied. This could be sexual in nature and there are many perverse answers for that. If you are talking about more of a general question then surely the answer has to be no. If you are satisfied completely, then what is the point of going on? You should never be fully satisfied in life to enjoy a full rich and very challenging life. After all, we are in this form here on earth for a very insignificant amount of time.
