If I have vaginal dryness, does that mean I cant concieve anymore?

What could be causing this? I'm only 19 and have one child and I want more in the future.

just because you are dry dosent mean you cant concieve anymore i read people with this problem can use lubricants from the store or you can go to your dr and he can give you something so when you are ready to try for another just contact your dr and you shouldnt have any problems good luck to you
