many countries have billions of poor people,rich people becomes rich everyday and the condition of poor people remains the same or they try every hard step to lift their lifestyle by just one step up.there are people with no food,shelter,clothing..... still in evry part of the world.so many die due to proper medical facilities.why dont the state have a serious look into this matter.i believe if all the poor people are given their needs and their neccesity, they shall always help the nation more economically then reduce the economy of the state.

It is not possible to give ALL poor people what they need because there are so many of them and because the problem of whole countries full of severe poverty and starvation is not just big, but its complicated.

Many people and governments do look into it, and many do what they can; but there are problems like countries that sometimes have corruption that would prevent help from getting to people. There are many places where there is very little opportunity for people to earn money. There are places where medical problems are so widespread it would be impossible to treat every person who needs medical care or impossible to get to them or impossible for them to get to the kind of care they need.

Everyone is pretty much aware of, and in agreement with, the idea that a nation of people who had their needs met (or could meet them themselves) would be a healthier nation. The trouble is that "giving them all their needs" is much easier said than done.

The best way to eradicate poverty is to educate and teach vocational skills to people so that they are employable, but in the rural areas most people are illiterate
so the best way to reduce poverty is.
Women should set up MICRO-ENTERPRISES.
Why WOMEN?
Because if you empower the women economically the whole family gets empowered.
MICRO-CREDIT should be given to Women to start Micro- Enterprises.

Increase in National Income Growth.
Reduction of Burden on the Government.
Better hygiene and health.
Reduction in Population Growth.
Reduction in IMR ( Infant Mortality Rate)
Increase in purchasing power.

Increase in Self Confidence and Self Dignity of Women.
Increase in Better Standard of Living.
Build Better Community Relationship.
Increase in the Literacy Rate. A mother who is economically empowered will educate her children .
Decrease in Female Infanticide. As women will earn , they will be respected in the society and will not permit female infanticide.
Increase in Democratic Values.
Better Understanding of international Values.

The people of any nation should try to lift themselves and not be dependant on the Government always. The Governmant has many Poverty Reduction Schemes,and Welfare Schemes. which can be taken advantage of, but I feel that a person should have the inner desire to ACHIEVE and do hard work.

In this way definitely Better Communites will be developed with their basic needs being fulfilled.Economic Empowerment leads to Political Empowerment.
Empowered Societies lead to Higher Standard of Living.

Poverty is due to environmental factors( climatical/geographical/geolog... and manmade factors(habbits of no work culture).Poverty is concentrated in slums(migrated from remote rural area/outsiders),remote places not easily accessible for development.Rich peoples pay less and extract more to become more rich.Government machoinary is controlled by rich.It logically leads to richer to become more rich,ooor to become more poor.
