Registeration fot the 2007 iBT TOEFL?

I've been trying to register fot the TOEFL iBT test, but there is no schedule for 2007 on the website. What happened? If it is not available yet, when would it start?

It's just messed up. If you keep trying eventually you'll get there on a day when it's actually working. A student of mine had to try for 6 weeks before he managed to register.
