God.

I often feel the need to be apologetic about this considering so many people don't believe. I mean, there's no scientific proof right? Yet I feel it. This faith, this hope. Maybe it's just this thing that gets me by. It helps me believe that there will indeed be better days. I just know that I feel it and that's enough truth for me. My emotions are real. I know that much.

Science is the other truth.

Ironic, I know.

But then again, it's all relative. There's always room for improvement, modification, etc... I guess there are just some things that have more truth than others. To say anything is absolute is to deny that there could be something else. I try not to limit myself. But God is huge to me. He is absolute.

I try not to have any. I refuse to not be objective. Oh, wait, does my refusal give me an absolute? Oops! Okay, that is my absolute without exception. (I may grow to have an absolute belief..who knows?)

I'm open to anyone convincing me of an absolute truth, but haven't been yet;)

I DO have beliefs which are absolute to me at the time, but are open to my deliberation when ecountering new opinion/facts.

Any idea that anyone has that is held to an absolute may close themselves to personal growth. Why miss out?

Find something that is comfortable to believe in, but don't close yourself off to new facts/opinions that may modify what your current beliefs are.
