when I open links in new window its opens in medium size,How can I change setting for opening in full size?

I want to solve the same problem for opening new widow in all modes,like opening from toolbars or in folders..

Usually new browser windows will open at the size of the last browser window that was closed the last time you exited all browser windows.

just stretch out the window, then double click the color bar at top of page and it should go full size. then it's set. had same issue myself.
