Lake Eyre in Australia is salty, and larger than the Dead Sea, but not currently full of water. I believe that it is expected to fill in the next month or so.
Of course, the answer you really want is the Caspian Sea, which is about 30 or 40 times larger than Lake Eyre, and has water in it too.
