Could be multiple problems. It could be the person who made the video badly made the file. It could have converted badly. You might have a bad or outdated codec. You could have a slow connection. You might have bad sound card drivers. The site may not be set up for the browser you are using. It could be any one of those. Sites like Youtube.com have problems like that usually because users don't know how to properly edit files and save them at bad rates or not scaled properly to work for the site. Also youtube converts your files so things can go wrong there. 9/10 it's the site or the video. It's rarely something on your computer, unless other things are doing that.

Well to be clear, you're not streaming the videos. The websites are. You are simply tapping into that stream with your PC.

I would have to ask how old your PC is, and the hardware specs. It could just be that it's outdated. But of course, it could be anything at this point (internet connection, spyware infection, corrupt file, etc). In the future, describe as much as you can in detail if you expect to get real help.

Well, if you're using Linux this problem still can not yet be fixed properly, (lots of issues with flash and getting native Java environment running).
If you're on windows, i would recommend a reinstallation of Flash player and see whether you have Java Runtime Environment installed on your computer. ( get this from java.com).

You can also try using a different web browser (like Firefox, or Avan Browser)
