Dan is clearing thinking of his future there are only 2 more HP films left. As said Dan is an actor he is not Harry Potter. Dan is legally an adult now so it should be expected that he would start taking on more mature roles. I think he is making wise career choice so that he wouldn’t forever be stereotyped as Harry Potter (which will be coming to an end sooner than later) grant it some will always think of him as Harry Potter. Look at Richard Thomas a fantastic actor but when most people see him they think John Boy Walton. However he went on to do roles a 150 degree turn from John Boy. The play is far more about Physiological then the few nude scenes. We studied the play in my high school drama class

These pictures have sparked a lot of controversy. Parents do not want to see their children's role models exposed like that. Well I have something to tell them. He is not Harry Potter. He is an actor. He knows he can only ride on the series for so long. Good for him for getting into something else. And if your kid's role model is some kid on the big screen, be a good parent, and hopefully you can be theirs.

And no, he is not really considered a "minor" in England. The legal age in England is 16... and he is 17.

I just read the response down below about how silly some parents are because they dont want him as a role model to their children - and I totally agree with your post.. but I wanted to add - these parents need to worry more about role models like little miss Paris Hilton.

I found it a bit gross, and my 6yr old daughter who LOVES Harry Potter was disgusted ( she has seen the topless pictures on the news) and explained to her 4yr old sister that it wasnt actually Harry Potter but the actor that played him. My 4 yr old wanted to know why Harry Potter was on the news naked.
I just think he shoud keep his clothes on, he was hotter as Harry Potter ( as he had clothes on!!)

Damn, he IS hot!He IS FINE! He grew out of his little kid self into a HOTTIE! But it is kind of gross that he is acting a little dirty, and he is still in the harry potter movies, he should have waited untill he was finished with them.
