I want to be out of a forbidden affair. I am already married with one kid. But I want to end it formally, in a way that the person will accept it too. So that, i can be completely free of this person.

I tried to do it, by e-mail several times. But this person seemed to neglect what I say. Even implying that it's not what I want. The more this person do this, the more I'm emotionally bonded to the person.

I don't really know what this person feel for me... But i feel emotional connection even this person is in the opposite side of the world, and haven't seen each other for 3 years.

Any advice?

oh what a tangled web we weave when at first we learn to deceive..forget all this nonsense about this magic affair and fairly tell person its just a lot of thinking on your part ,just let go and concentrate on the real things of life..fantasy is great but leave it for your novel to write in the future

Well as you can see these things do not work at all so it is best not to do them. Since you are in a pickle, I will not beat you up with words of I told you so.
People sometimes act really crazy when you guys try to break it off and you put your family in danger! I watch forensic files and these things can be quite scary!
Do dismiss the idea that if push comes to shove you may have to spill the beans to your wife.
the best thing to do is not answer her anymore. No more e-mails, no more phone calls or anything. If you have notified her through e-mail that it is over, then it is over!
as long as you respond to her controlling nature she knows she has you going and the two of you will continue in this mess for a while.
No more responding to her o.k. That is it cut it off-no matter how much she cries or tries.

You need to break if off firmly and finally. If at all possible, try to contact the person by telephone and tell them it's over and will not be having any further contact with them. Then cut it off and do not answer any more emails, etc. from them. The sooner you do it, the better. No sense in stringing this person along any longer.
Good luck!

Have you ever seen fatal attraction? God. The first thing I would do is tell your wife. Then I would tell that person that you told your wife and that you are not continuing the relationship as of now. Stop responding to her emails. She is on the other side of the world, so the chances of her showing up on your doorstop are low.

Send the other person a short to the point email that it is over, you are closing your email account, begging your wife's forgiveness and seeking counseling to repair your marriage. Then do it. Do not reply to any messages by email, letter or any other form. You must be strong or you will be manipulated. If you are not strong enough to honor your marriage vows, be a man and give your wife her freedom to find a real husband who is worthy of her.

You may not get the kind of ending you're hoping for. If you really want to be free of him, say goodbye and block him from e-mailing and calling you. YOU have to do it, don't expect him to... you might wait for a long time otherwise and this could continue to drag on indefinitely.

He is in the other side of the world!! so..stop all contact. The only real letting go u can do is face-to-face, so until that time..stop all contact, &prepare urself mentally &emotionally for the break up.

If this person is indeed on the other side of the planet, just ignore all e-mails.... in fact, tell your server to make your e-mail invalid, and take out a new one.... end of problem

if you have not seen each other in 3 years, then dont do anything
just stop all exmail. textletc. no more contact with this person
then you can at least get this emotional roller coaster ride
out of the way. you have other that also involved in this as
well as you.

Ever see the movie "Fatal Attraction" that's the only way to be completely free of this person....lol

If you want to be free, delete and forget her email address, why do you stay in contact if you want to be free? Sounds like you don't want to let go. Go tell your wife, she will help you break the contact, I guarantee it....
