Go to bed earlier and get some sleep. Get a time management chart, fill it out and stick to it. Allot yourself a certain amount of time every day for studying, and if need be, a certain amount of time for each subject; really good idea, this way you don't pay one subject too much attention and end up neglecting another. Time management charts really do help you get your time-wasting activities down to a minimum. Fill out the chart honestly, and completely. If you normally call a friend and talk for 30 minutes, write it in the chart, and so on. After filling out the first chart, look it over and see what you are doing with your time. Then fill out another chart with more time for studying and less time being wasted and see if that helps you to not fall asleep while trying to study. Good Luck, hope this helps you - it did the trick for me.

Take a short break. Get up and walk around, go get a drink of water, maybe a snack or a coke. Then come back to it.
